This hotel was so nice. We had an apartment room which was great! Beautifully decorated, only complaint is the pillows were not good and the shower design wasn’t great as it constantly leaked water. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Coffee selection also great. Location was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go in the city. Staff was so nice and super helpful. We had an issue getting a taxi but the staff never gave up and helped us until one came. I highly recommend!

We loved this hotel! Perfect location in central Bologna, we walked everywhere easily. Our room was lovely, with a nice amount of space, and a balcony. The front desk staff were nice and helpful, and we had a wonderful meal from room service on our last night there. The breakfast is very good, with many options, and the buffet even included an excellent American coffee that was just perfect, so we could help ourselves to as much as we wanted without having to ask for someone to make us something on the machine (like cappuccinos). 😊 Highly recommend!

Why take a chance There are a lot of good things to say about this hotel. The location is A+. The rooms are very nice. The morning breakfast is really good. But, why take the chance that you get a room like ours, where we had to walk up to the fourth floor? You read that right. Our room was in the Annex Building, which was fine. There is a mention of an elevator on some websites. Their own website, when you dig down into apartment details says the building does not have an elevator, but nothing about walking up to the fourth floor, which for a four-star, $400 per night room, was horrible. Why take the chance? (By the way, they call it the third floor, because in Europe they don't count the ground floor. To me, that was just adding insult to injury.)

An outstanding stay in every sense. The apartment is impeccably designed, with exquisite attention to detail that elevates the entire experience—from the materials and finishes to the smallest thoughtful touches. The space feels elegant, serene, and effortlessly comfortable. Service was equally exceptional: discreet, professional, and genuinely attentive, delivering the kind of care that defines true luxury hospitality. A flawless experience and a place I would return to without hesitation.

The hotel is picturesque, with well decorated themed rooms. However, our tiny room (310) was extremely noisy, day and night. Not a place for resting. The small breakfast room was also very noisy, due to the non-stopping coffee machine and less than polite guests. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Not to mention the nightmare of driving into the centro storico to get to the hotel.
