I had a wonderful stay at Naumi Hotel Singapore. The hotel is very comfortable, stylish, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect place to unwind after a busy day in the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the banquet hall, especially the special dishes prepared by Chef Hakimi. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every dish felt carefully crafted and satisfying. The service was also excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and the best service in Singapore. I will definitely come back again!
Front desk staffs are very friendly, thank you Mona, Katie, Syukran. Smooth check-in process. They allowed us to early check-in. Room is clean and comfortable. Strategic location, within 10 mins walking distance to Bugis area. Stable hot shower water. Pool with nice view. Sing swee kee restaurant (chicken rice shop) located beside the hotel is delicious too. If hotel can upgrade the television and hair dryer, it would be more perfect. Will stay here again next time.
Stayed two nights in this hotel during my trip to Singapore. Located very close to Raffles Boulevard. Walking distance to Suntec city. Check-in experience was smooth. Room was comfortable and cozy. The room concept was too modern for me. The wash basin is located in the middle of the room and shower and toilet is separated. Though I really didn't like that concept the stay was good. Breakfast buffet was a very basic one but it was good. Staff was great and very friendly and supportive. On check out they even gave us a free extension to the late check out. Must mention the front desk staff name Kavetha for the exceptional support for keeping our bags and helping us. All in all it was a good experience.
The hotel is located perfectly for exploring the city by either foot, public transport or taxi as it sits close to Bugis, the Muslim quarter and Marina bay. The check in was smooth, as Wandy and Syukran were super friendly and helpfull. The rest of the staff during the stay were also great. Rooms are clean and comfy. The infinity pool at the top floor has a nice view. The breakfast was alright. Recommended, will probably come again.
It's my first time booking here for my birthday and everything was so amazing! Wandy and Syukran, the duty managers, were incredibly friendly, nice and generous in upgrading my room for free. Each one of the staffs, from housekeeping to midnight concierge has been so friendly. I was so touched by their kindness and sweet wishes 😊 And the room is so beautiful and clean too!! ✨️
